ANILINE / SEMI-ANILINE
Aniline leather is one of the most luxurious and natural types of leather. It is dyed with special, soluble dyes that penetrate deep into its structure, but it is not covered with an additional protective layer or pigment. It retains its natural texture, including visible pores, scars or other imperfections, which gives it a unique character.
NAPPA
Nappa leather is a type of high-quality natural leather that is exceptionally soft, flexible and pleasant to the touch. It is produced from the soft parts of animal skins and is characterized by a smooth surface and open pores. Thanks to special finishing methods, Nappa leather retains its natural elasticity, while being durable and resistant to damage.
CRAZY-HORSE
Crazy Horse leather is a type of natural leather that is oiled and often finished with wax. This gives it a distinctive look that changes over time – marks and discolorations appear on the leather surface, which give it a unique, vintage character. It is very unique, durable, flexible and resistant to mechanical damage.
PULL-UP
Pull Up leather is a type of natural leather that is specially finished with wax or fat, which gives it a characteristic look and properties. It is an oiled leather that requires proper care and is distinguished by the fact that when bent or stretched it changes color, creating a “pull-up” effect. The leather gains a unique, vintage character.
NUBUCK
Nubuck leather is a type of natural leather that is gently sanded on the grain side (outer side), which gives it a characteristic, velvety to the touch texture. The result is a matte surface with a subtle, elegant appearance. Nubuck is very soft, durable and relatively resistant to wear. Due to its porosity, it requires special protection against dirt.
SPLIT VELOUR
Split velour leather is a type of genuine leather that is created by dividing thicker leather into layers. Split velour is the lower layer of leather that is less durable than full-grain leather, but with the right finishing, such as sanding and impregnation, it can gain an attractive appearance. The leather surface has a soft, matte texture.
SOFT
Soft leather is a term that usually refers to a type of natural or ecological leather that is exceptionally soft and flexible. It is leather that has been finished to be pleasant to the touch and durable at the same time. It can be either full-grain or artificial, depending on the application. Thanks to its versatility, soft leather is a popular choice in many industries.
